The class was very hands-on, and we had the opportunity to practice various tying techniques on ourselves. Sam provided clear instructions, and was always available to answer any questions.

One thing that stood out to me was the emphasis on safety. They explained the importance of safe words, the importance of being attuned to our (or partner's) physical and emotional needs, and showed us how to safely remove ropes in case of an emergency. As a complete beginner, this made me feel much more relaxed and enjoy the experience.
